Returns & Exchanges

At SeaShell4u, every piece is designed to be cherished. If your purchase doesn’t feel quite right, we offer a considerate and transparent return process.


Eligibility for Returns

Returns may be requested within 48 hours of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused and unworn

  • Original tags, labels, and packaging remain intact

  • The product is in its original condition

Certain items, including gift sets and hampers, are not eligible for return.


How to Request a Return

To begin a return, please submit a request through our returns portal or contact our support team with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear images of the product and attached tags

  • A brief reason for the return

Once approved, further instructions will be shared with you.


Refunds & Store Credit

Cash on Delivery Orders

  • Refunds are issued as SeaShell4u store credit only

  • Store credit will be shared after the returned item passes quality inspection

Prepaid Orders (Card / UPI / Net Banking / Wallets)

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method

  • Processing time: 4–6 business days after the item is received and verified

Delivery charges are non-refundable. Any promotional discounts applied at purchase will be adjusted from the refund value.


Pickup Guidelines

Please ensure the item is securely packed at the time of pickup.
Do not share the pickup OTP until the parcel has been handed over to the courier partner.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to explore a different design, colour, or size, simply return the item and place a new order. A courtesy coupon code will be shared to assist with your next purchase.


Quality Assurance

All returned items undergo a quality check. Items failing inspection may be returned to the customer without a refund.
