What is SeaShell4u Jewels’ Shipping Policy?

At SeaShell4u Jewels, we ensure that every order reaches you safely, beautifully packaged, and within the shortest possible time. Orders are typically delivered within 5–6 business days from the date of purchase, depending on your delivery location.

To avoid delays, please ensure the following while placing your order:

  • Enter a complete and accurate address, including house number, street name, locality, and a nearby landmark.

  • Verify city, state, and ZIP/postal code details carefully.

  • Provide a valid and reachable mobile number for delivery coordination.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, please ensure someone is available at the delivery address with the exact payable amount.

If you receive a damaged package, kindly do not accept it and inform us immediately at 9082193513 (10 AM – 7 PM) or email support@seashell4u.com

Note: All parcels are securely packed and sealed before dispatch. Since shipments pass through multiple handling stages, we strongly advise against accepting damaged packages. Acceptance of such parcels will make the customer responsible for missing items.

Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all orders of ₹499 and above

  • ₹60 shipping charge on orders below ₹499

  • Shipping charges remain the same regardless of order size

  • Each order can be shipped to one address only

  • To ship to multiple addresses, please place separate orders

*Order value is calculated after applying discounts, GST, or any other applicable charges.

You can track your order by visiting the “My Orders” section under My Account on our website.

Delivery Partners

We ship through trusted courier partners such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, XpressBees, and Ekart, ensuring reliable delivery across India.

International Shipping

Currently, SeaShell4u Jewels delivers only within India.

Cancellation & Modifications

Cancellation Policy

While we strive to fulfill all orders, cancellations may occur due to:

  • Limited product availability

  • Pricing or stock discrepancies

  • Fraud prevention or payment verification issues

If your order is cancelled after payment, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method upon request.

You may cancel your order before it is packed at our warehouse. Refunds will be processed to the original payment mode within the stipulated timelines.

Refund Timeline

  • COD orders: No refund applicable as payment is made upon delivery

  • Prepaid orders: Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment source
